Who is responsible

OnlineTV is the service responsible for this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Petela1bg@gmail.com.

Data we use

• Account data you submit: username, name, email, optional phone number and postal-address fields.
• Security data: password hash, sign-in events, password-reset tokens, consent history and session tokens. Plain account passwords are not stored.
• Essential aggregate page counts, without linking the visit to a user or persistent visitor.
• Only after analytics consent: account or visitor reference, selected channel, viewing time, timestamps, playback position, loop count and forward/backward seeking.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Providing accounts and requested service features: performance of the service requested by you.
• Protecting accounts and preventing abuse: legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation.
• Viewing analytics: your optional consent. Refusing does not block the core site.
• Legal records where required: compliance with applicable obligations.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. Gmail SMTP is used only to deliver password-reset messages, so Google processes the sender, recipient and message delivery data under its own service terms. Locally hosted videos are not embedded from advertising or tracking platforms.

Retention and protection

Reset links expire after 30 minutes and expired records are removed after seven days. Remember-me sessions expire after 30 days. Essential page counts are retained for up to 90 days; email delivery records for 180 days; security and consented viewing records for up to one year; and consent evidence for up to three years. Account details remain until the account is deleted or another legal need applies. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and transport is protected with HTTPS.

Your choices and rights

You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent at any time from Cookie settings. Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request.

Children

OnlineTV is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully consent on their own. A parent or guardian should contact us if such data was submitted.
